treasure hunt

Posted in fashion by wideawakethoughts on March 1, 2010

In a week of rainy days, there was an afternoon of sunshine; I tripped up the coast in a borrowed convertible and hit up just about every second hand store from Brisbane to Redcliffe. I wasn’t looking for anything in particular but I drove home with a backseat littered with treasures.

Mmmmm… gorgeous finds! Unfortunately london has a massive absense of thrift stores/ charity shops, everything is classed as ‘vintage’ and thus priced that way.
    Good work lady x

What great finds. How lovely are those framed Vogue covers? It must have been a lucky weekend – usually I am terrible thrift shopper (I don’t have the patience) but on Sunday I stumbled into a small charity shop and found a pair of suede heels as good as new in my size. Bargain!
